You warrant that:

• Your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Your content is accurate, truthful, and not misleading
• Your content does not violate any laws or these Terms
• You have the right to grant us the rights described in this agreement

5. Subscription Terms & Billing

5.1 Subscription Plans

NomadFlow.ai offers tiered subscription plans:

Pricing and features are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

5.2 Payment & Billing

Payment Processing:

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe (stripe.com)
• We do not store your full credit card information; Stripe handles all payment processing
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for your subscription tier and any additional services

Billing Cycle:

• Monthly subscriptions renew on the same day each month
• Annual subscriptions renew 12 months from purchase date
• Invoices are sent to your registered email address

Billing Information:

• You are responsible for ensuring your billing information is accurate and current
• Failed payments may result in account suspension after 3 days
• You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges related to your subscription

5.3 Price Changes

We may adjust subscription pricing with 30 days' written notice. Price increases will apply to renewals after the notice period. Existing subscriptions active during the notice period will renew at the current rate.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

6.1 Account Cancellation

You may cancel your NomadFlow.ai subscription at any time by:

• Accessing your Account Settings and selecting "Cancel Subscription"
• Emailing support@nomadflow.ai with a cancellation request
• Contacting us via our support form on the website

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to your account until your subscription expires.

6.2 Refund Policy

No Refunds for Partial Months:

• Subscription fees are non-refundable
• If you cancel mid-cycle, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period
• No prorated refunds are issued for early cancellation

Exceptions:

• If you are charged twice for a single period due to our error, we will refund the duplicate charge within 5 business days
• If we discontinue a core feature (not Beta/Experimental), we may offer a pro-rata refund at our discretion
• Chargebacks and payment disputes may result in immediate account suspension

7-Day Free Trial:

• If you are enrolled in a free trial and do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged on the first day of your subscription
• You may cancel during the trial period to avoid being charged

6.3 Data Deletion Upon Cancellation

Upon cancellation, your account will be deactivated. Your personal data (blueprints, preferences, messages) will be:

• Retained for 90 days in backup systems
• Fully deleted after 90 days (unless you request earlier deletion)
• Permanently deleted upon written request with proof of identity

7. AI-Generated Content & Disclaimer

7.1 Nature of AI Recommendations

NomadFlow.ai uses artificial intelligence to generate:

• Budget recommendations and financial analysis
• Scheduling suggestions and calendar optimization

7.2 Disclaimer of Accuracy & Suitability

IMPORTANT: AI-generated content and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only.

These recommendations are NOT guaranteed to be:

• Accurate, complete, or up-to-date
• Suitable for your specific needs, preferences, or circumstances
• Safe, legal, or appropriate in all jurisdictions
• Free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies

You are solely responsible for:

• Validating all recommendations before relying on them
• Researching and verifying information from independent sources
• Assessing the appropriateness and safety of suggestions
• Making your own independent judgment about travel plans, budgets, and activities
• Complying with local laws, regulations, and travel advisories in all destinations

Example Limitations:

• Budget estimates may not account for currency fluctuations, seasonal price changes, or inflation

7.4 Third-Party Content & Data

• Information about destinations, accommodations, flights, and activities comes from third-party sources (Google Maps, travel APIs, etc.)
• We do not control or verify the accuracy of third-party data
• We are not responsible for outdated, incorrect, or misleading third-party information
• You are responsible for independently verifying critical travel information

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Company IP

NomadFlow.ai and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by the Company, our licensors, or our service providers, including:

• Software code and algorithms
• Design, layout, and user interface
• Logos, trademarks, and brand names
• Documentation, tutorials, and help content
• AI models and recommendation engines
• Template libraries and pre-built content

All intellectual property rights are reserved by the Company. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use NomadFlow.ai solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8.2 User Content License

By uploading, creating, or submitting content to NomadFlow.ai (including blueprints, notes, and collaboration content), you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to:

• Security or uninterrupted service
• Fitness of AI recommendations for your specific needs

You use NomadFlow.ai entirely at your own risk.

9.2 Limitation of Damages

9.3 Liability Cap

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 (USD), whichever is greater.

This cap applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory.

9.4 Essential Service

Given the limitations in Sections 9.2 and 9.3, if a court determines these provisions unenforceable, the Company's maximum liability shall be limited to direct damages up to the amount of your subscription fees in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law
• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your content, including infringement of third-party intellectual property rights
• Your interactions with other users
• Your breach of your representations and warranties
• Your violation of third-party rights (privacy, publicity, intellectual property)

The Company will notify you of any claim and cooperate in your defense. You are responsible for all defense costs.

11.3 Disconnection

You may disconnect third-party integrations at any time through your account settings. Upon disconnection:

• We will no longer access data from that service
• Previously synced data will remain in your NomadFlow.ai account
• You may be unable to use certain features that depend on that integration

12. Service Availability & Modifications

12.1 No Guarantee of Availability

While we strive to maintain the Service without interruption, we do not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted access to the Service
• Error-free operation
• Timely bug fixes or feature implementation
• 24/7 availability (though we aim for 99.5% uptime)

12.2 Planned Maintenance

We may perform scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or repairs with or without advance notice. During maintenance:

• The Service may be temporarily unavailable
• Your data will be protected
• We will attempt to minimize disruption

12.3 Service Modifications
